How many users can eQual Suite support?

eQual Suite can support any number of concurrent users without restrictions, even if they are located in remote sites, provided that LAN or VPN connectivity exists.

What is the volume of data that can be stored in the program?

The data storage limit depends on the database used for storage. In practice there are no limits!

How do personnel changes affect the operation of eQual Suite?

The software licenses can be easily transferred among employees, while thanks to the assignment of rights/ roles based on the organizational structure, assignment of roles/ rights to users is updated automatically as the company structure changes.

How will I know if I have been assigned a project/ task or work?

eQual Suite automatically send an e-mail notification and instantly displays the specific task at your dashboard as well as at corresponding dashboard of your boss.

If I receive a written customer complaint, can I store the document electronically and not keep duplicate records?

You can upload the document to eQual Suite as an attachment together with the description of the complaint and avoid duplicate records and paper.

When we review a procedure or a work instruction, how is the staff of the company informed?

When you upload a new version of a document to eQual Suite, your staff will be notified automatically via e-mail, which contains a brief description of the changes you made.There is no need to re-distribute the document, as everybody will now have access only to the new version, except for special users (such as the quality manager) that have access to all document versions.

Do employees have to login to eQual Suite every day in order to see if there is something I need to know?

eQual Suite automatically informs staff via e-mail for core proceseses such as: distribution of new documents, revision of existing ones, training and audit scheduling, work and task assignment, evaluation of completed actions, investigation of incidents and problems, assignment of maintenance, inspection, calibration and repair work etc.

Can I specify access rights to the staff?

You can specify both rights of access and specific roles for staff. Then the staff can access only on certain operations records and is responsible for implementing certain stages of system procedures.

How do I monitor my pending tasks related to the Management System?

"Management Dashboard" module of eQual Suite enables you to view on-line the pending management system actions, such as unaddressed complaints, incomplete corrective actions, not evaluated training, delayed maintenance of equipment, delayed projects and activities, etc.

The statistical analysis of complaints is conducted directly at the touch of a button. The report includes charts and statistics and can be printed or sent via email.

The eQual Suite allows you to search in any period for preventive maintenance (scheduled checks, calibrations and repairs) to be done and assign them electronically to anyone for any desired group of machines you choose (any part of the plant, production line, etc.).

The technical staff which is responsible for maintenance of the machines do not have access to a computer. How can they get informed about the work they have to implement?

The eQual Suite enables you to print work orders where you specify the technical staff for the work. The implementation of a work order is completed at the push of a button so that the works are automatically rescheduled or completed.

Is it possible to backup files attached to eQual Suite;

Of course! All data is stored in the chosen database. Use the backup procedure of the database (eg running "Backup" in Management Studio in Microsoft SQL Server / SQL Server Express, "Export" to Oracle, "mysqldump" for MySQL, "pg_dump" for PostgreSQL) or any another compatible backup software.
