eQual Suite

The “Document Protocol” module of eQual Suite allows you to manage your business physic and electronic mailing directly and easily. Register incoming and outgoing correspondence in a secure environment and specify the desired recipients, which are informed automatically via email.

Specify the classification, the priority and select the dates of deadlines for response for each incoming document. Attach the incoming documents and reduce with this way the physical archive.

The module automatically gives a unique identification number to each document, and connecting the outgoing documents with the relevant incoming ones.
